This year the EMPOWERED event is at The Performing Arts Center (PAC) located at El Dorado High School on October 16, 2018.
The panel includes inspirational women from a variety of industries and organizations, including NASA, Blizzard, Johnson & Johnson, and Vans.
The format will be similar to last year:
- Keynote Speaker
- Panel Questions Moderated by Students
- Speed Rounds
- Short Video Clips Interspersed
While the event has all female panelists, we designed the evening to be informative about STEM education and CTE offerings in PYLUSD. This event is free for attendees. Please encourage students, parents, community, and staff to attend. We want a full house!
